Availability

Bookings

We try to keep availability up to date.  We will hold your booking for 10 days whilst you confirm and a deposit has been received.  However if you change your mind please let us know as quickly as possible.

Weeks
start on Fridays or Mondays

Short breaks
three nights starting Friday
four nights starting Monday

Deposit

A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is require to confirm booking.

Balance

Balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your stay with us the following applies:

- Deposit non refundable
- If cancelled 28 days prior to arrival every effort will be made to re let the cottage and if sucessfull the balance will be refunded.

Payments

Payments can be made either by credit or debit card, cheque made payable to "Higher Scholes Cottage" or by bank transfer.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for that special gift, these can be purchased for any amount.

Please note unfortunately we can not accept pets and we are a non smoking establishment.
